Women in Life is a reality television show featuring a group of diverse women (Ashaa, Rosemary, Alexandra, Tammi and Rose) who come together to support and empower each other through the grassroots movement, Global W.I.L. We join their meetings, as well as follow them individually as they live their lives and strive for more love, success, health, and spiritual well being.

During the Global W.I.L. Segments, they talk, laugh, cry, listen, learn and support each other in the realization of their dreams. Sometimes they're joined by experts, but most of the time it's just the five women helping each other figure things out. In short, Global W.I.L. is what every woman wants: a group of friends she can count on to be there. Always. A group of smart, hip, funny, devoted friends you trust who inspire you to follow your own path to true happiness. Through Global W.I.L., Ashaa, Rosemary, Alexandra, Tammi and Rose are devoted to helping each other and their audience achieve fulfillment in the most important areas of their lives.

The past few decades reflect women's greatest struggle to become complete, fulfilled and equal human beings. In fact, it was American women who invented the word "empower." Today, the most potent form of empowerment comes from the advice, experience and support women give one another. The women of this show know this and they're putting it into action.
