The Visionary
Ashaa was born on the Caribbean island of Trinidad and has eleven sisters and brothers. She moved to Hollywood to act in a handful of films, but her journey ultimately led her elsewhere. She married and returned to her Indian roots, mastering yoga and meditation. Her quest for greater meaning inspired her to create a new concept, "Women in Life/Global WIL." She continues to propel this concept forward with a television show she created to work hand-in-hand with "Women in Life/Global WIL." As producer, Ashaa fully believes this platform will reach women everywhere, creating much needed, positive change in our world. She'll put everything she has into it. Will it be enough?
